The Company Behind Lucky Hand

NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming in 2025. We sell jewelry to customers in the United States.

We operate one brand, Lucky Hand, at luckyhand.store. The range covers rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. We do not sell on Amazon or other third-party marketplaces.

How We Work

We design and select the range. Our jewelry is produced and shipped by manufacturing partners located outside the United States, who send orders directly to the customer. We state this openly on our storefront.

Orders take 1 to 3 business days to process and 7 to 10 business days to arrive within the United States. Standard shipping is free on all orders. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Customers can request a refund within 30 days of delivery. We do not ask customers to ship items back and we do not charge a restocking fee. Our support team replies within 1 to 2 business days at info@northlineventuresllc.com.
