1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://northlineventuresllc.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”).

NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming in 2025, with a registered business address in Sheridan, Wyoming. We sell jewelry to customers in the United States under our own brand, Lucky Hand. We operate in accordance with applicable U.S. business, tax, and consumer protection laws.

You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

2. Products and Services

2.1. General

This Site is the corporate website of NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC. No products are sold on this Site and no orders are accepted through it. Products are sold through our own online store, Lucky Hand, at luckyhand.store. Purchases made there are governed by the policies published in that store.

2.2. Physical Goods

We sell jewelry for women: rings, necklaces, bracelets and earrings. These are non-restricted, non-hazardous consumer products. Orders are produced and shipped by our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partners, who ship directly to the customer. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

All items are sold as one-time purchases. We do not offer subscriptions and we do not use recurring billing.

2.3. Prohibited Transactions

We do not sell adult, pharmaceutical, CBD, tobacco, firearms, or other restricted or high-risk products. We do not sell electronics, food, or cosmetics, and we do not sell any product requiring FDA, FCC or CPSC certification. We do not operate a multi-level marketing program.

3. User Representations and Prohibited Activities

3.1. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

Orders are placed at luckyhand.store. The checkout, payment, shipping and refund terms that apply to an order are the terms published in that store at the time the order is placed.

4.2. Payment Processing

Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment providers. NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC does not receive, store, or process raw payment card data. By submitting your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of the payment provider handling your transaction.

4.3. Pricing and Availability

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.

4.4. Refunds and Returns

Orders placed at luckyhand.store are covered by a 30-day refund policy. The conditions, including how to request a refund and what information we may ask for, are set out in the Return and Refund Policy published at luckyhand.store.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, designs, text, graphics, pictures, product photography, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Content”) are the proprietary property of NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
