1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the https://northlineventuresllc.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the “Site” ).
NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC is a U.S.-registered limited liability company operating since 2023, specializing in the sale of original digital products (primarily educational and self-improvement eBooks) and curated consumer goods. We are headquartered in the United States and operate with full adherence to U.S. business, tax, and consumer protection regulations.
You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.
2. Products and Services
2.1. General
We offer two categories of products: Digital Products (e.g., eBooks) and Physical Goods (e.g., home organization, wellness accessories). All products are intended for the U.S. domestic market only.
2.2. Digital Products
Digital products are sold on a non-subscription basis and are delivered instantly via secure, encrypted download. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital content for your personal, non-commercial use. Resale, redistribution, or unauthorized commercial use of our digital content is strictly prohibited.
2.3. Physical Goods
Physical goods are non-restricted, non-hazardous consumer products that comply with U.S. safety and labeling standards. Fulfillment is handled via trusted U.S.-based partners, including Amazon FBA and vetted Third-Party Logistics (3PLs).
2.4. Prohibited Transactions
We do not engage in the sale of adult, pharmaceutical, CBD, tobacco, or high-risk product items. We do not engage in dropshipping from overseas warehouses, multi-level marketing, or any high-risk business practices.
3. User Representations and Prohibited Activities
3.1. User Representations
By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service; (2) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (3) you will not access the Site through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise; (4) you will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (5) your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3.2. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways, such as Stripe and PayPal. We do not store or process raw payment card data. By submitting your payment information, you agree to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment processors.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change prices and product availability at any time without notice.
4.3. Refunds and Returns
We offer a clear, customer-friendly 30-day refund policy for both digital and physical products, subject to the specific conditions outlined in our separate Refund Policy document.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content and other materials on the Site, including, without limitation, all original digital content (e.g., eBooks), designs, text, graphics, pictures, information, data, software, sound files, other files, and the selection and arrangement thereof (collectively, “Content”) are the proprietary property of NORTHLINE VENTURES LLC or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and applicable United States federal law, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action of whatever nature shall be brought in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
8. Miscellaneous
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on the Site constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.
